2005-06 Colorado Junior Crew
PARENT BOARD
Colorado Junior Crew formed as an independent club on June 30, 2006.
OFFICERS
The Parent Board held an election on Dec. 1, 2005 for officers to prepare for the new club:- President - Deb Hallinan
- Vice President - Linda Stancliffe
- Secretary - Katie Ertz
- Treasurer - Mia Jasper
The Officers are charged with the day to day operation of the club through the Spring Program, 2006. Duties include rosters, attendance, making sure all paperwork is turned in, setting and collecting fees for winter and spring, and working with the coach to plan the club schedule through spring.
COMMITTEES
The club operates entirely because of the efforts of parent volunteers. Parents can choose to participate in any of the following committees:
- Clothing - The Clothing Committee maintains inventory of CJC clothing, provides order forms, places clothing orders, and distributes team clothing.
- Communications - The Communications Committee maintains the website, maintains email lists, and sends email communications.
- Fundraising - The Fundraising Committee finds, plans, and executes fundraising events.
- Hospitality - The Hospitality Committee provides food for club events.
- Travel - The Travel Committee organizes travel for regattas.
