Practice is every Monday-Friday from 4:00 to 6:00pm

2008 OKC Spring Regatta Schedule
Thursday May 8th 11:45pm Meet at Meadows Shopping Center
Global Transportation near Rite-Aid/Safeway
Check in Rowers/Pack Bus
Conduct Roll Call
Introduce Chaperones and drivers, give out cell phone #’s. Keep one cooler and some snacks on board.
12:00pm Depart Boulder
Friday May9th AM Stop for breakfast along the way,
Another quick stop for sandwiches/midday
Arrive at race site, rig boats, rowovers
Chaperones have snacks and drinks available for rower/coaches during rowovers and assist coaches.
5:45pm Check into hotel-Bricktown Hotel and Conv

Check rooming list. Bus drivers have 2 separate rooms. Set up contact system for front desk in event of noise etc. Confirm breakfast start time/room rate does includes breakfast. Make sure bus driver can transport team to and from Spaghetti Warehouse for team dinner.

Check rowers rooms and hallways for peace and quiet.
Saturday, May 10th Early AM Breakfast at Hotel, Load belongings, Depart for Race
Keep rowers moving and on schedule. Bus will not be available during race so make sure all food, drinks and other necessary items are unloaded for the day. Set up hospitality area, with food, drinks, make sure sandwich/lunch items are out when needed. Assist coaches when needed, remind rowers to stay hydrated, use sunscreen, etc.
End of Racing: Load trailer and bus, breakdown hospitality area, clean up race site of trash, make sure everyone is on the bus!
