Head Girls Coach - Christiana Glenn
Christiana has coached rowing at the high school, collegiate and masters level. She began rowing sweep at Denison University,
and after one season was invited to the National Team Development Program on the Charles River in Boston, MA. There she was coached by
the best on sculling and small boats. She went on to compete on a national level in the single, and went abroad to New Zealand to row
sweep and sculling for the University of Otago, where she competed in four events at their national championships. After New Zealand,
Christiana began coaching rowing at Greater Columbus Rowing Assocation. That fall she coached the varsity women at Denison, and the
following summer was promoted to Program Director and Head Coach of GCRA's learn-to-row program.This past fall, she was invited to be
the women's novice coach for Upper Arlington High School and led them to a very successful season. She now resides in Boulder and is the
head coach and program director for Colorado Junior Crew.

Head Boys Coach - Adam Swetlik
Adam Swetlik is a senior marketing major in the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. Born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, he had not rowed before college. He has been a member of Colorado Crew, the collegiate level rowing team in Boulder, since he entered CU. He has traveled to several dozen regattas in ten different states from coast to coast. Adam has completed one spring season as the Men's Coach of CJC, and hopes to continue for several more seasons. Adam enjoys spending his minimal spare time outdoors and indoors with friends. One of his greatest non-crew accomplishments is eating 80 chicken nuggets from McDonalds in an hour.
